Wapiti Energy has assembled a group of industry professionals that possess the vision, skill and discipline necessary to significantly improve the performance of acquired assets.

Since its formation in 2000 by Dick Agee and John Faulkinberry (Retired), Wapiti has experienced significant growth. As of the end of 2008, Wapiti produces approximately 3,200 BOEPD; and has proved reserves in excess of 17.5 Million BOE. Wapiti is the owner and operator of Conroe Field, a large oilfield in Conroe, Texas, which has produced more than 735 million barrels of oil and approximately 1.4 trillion cubic feet of gas since its discovery in 1931. The Conroe Field has original oil in place estimates (OOIP) greater than 2 billion barrels. The Department of Energy has listed Conroe as a key anchor field for a CO2 tertiary recovery program of the Gulf Coast. In 2006 Quantum Energy Partners became a minority investor in Wapiti Energy, LLC.
