Wapiti Energy, LLC is seeking onshore, oil & gas acquisition opportunities.  These opportunities generally will be found in mature oil fields where Wapiti can leverage its fluid handling expertise.  We believe we can capture and exploit opportunities that others have missed. In these types of situations, our willingness to pursue and execute creative deal structures allows us to offer a wide range of value realization opportunities to sellers.

During Wapiti's history, it has made over 10 substantial acquisitions in Texas and Louisiana. These acquisitions have provided us with a base of operations and opportunities.
