Wapiti Assets

AWPTexas

Located in McMullen County, Texas. Wapiti presently holds 15,196 gross/ 12,883 net acres. Production comes primarily from the Olmos Formation which is a fine-grained deltaic sand. Wapiti plans to increase production by continuing a successful re-frac program and infill drilling.

Located in Matagorda County, Texas, Wapiti’s Blessing Field acreage consists of 2,258 gross/net acres. Upside lies in numerous recompletion opportunities, as well as additional exploitation opportunities that will likely develop through detailed geological mapping.

Located in Waller County, Texas, Wapiti’s Brookshire Field acreage consists of 2,460 gross/net acres, all held by production. DakotaNorth Dakota

Located in Mountrail, Williams and Burke Counties, North Dakota. Acreage totals consist of 5,242 gross acres and 2,741 net acres with 52% held by production. In addition to current production, Wapiti anticipates significant future upside through Middle Bakken and Three Forks drilling due to the proximity to current industry activity.

Garden GulchColorado

Located in Garfield County, Colorado. 6,314 gross and 1,963 net acres in the field operated by Berry Petroleum. Currently there are 124 wells producing approximately 4,100 MCFE/D from the Mesaverde formation. Wapiti believes that the acreage holds over 400 10 acre well locations that will be economic when gas prices improve.

IAB NortheastTexas

IAB Northeast is located in Coke County, Texas. Acreage totals are 4,735 gross and 3,586 net acres, 100% held by production. Production in this mature field is driven by waterflood; Wapiti expects production to be significantly increased through infill drilling and by continuing the 5-phase waterflood program that is currently in progress.

Located in Newton, Jasper and Hardin Counties, Texas. Wapiti has been exploring seismically controlled deep Wilcox horizons and is interested in continuing development of this exciting extension of the historically prolific Wilcox formation.

Odem Field is located in San Patricio County, Texas; acreage totals consist of 5,703 gross acres and 2,121 net with the field being operated by Halcón Resources. Upside opportunities lie in a plethora of behind pipe recompletions.

Stephens County RegularTexas

The Stephens County, Texas assets consist of two fields: Eliasville and Breckenridge. Although very mature, these assets continue to produce abundant amounts of hydrocarbons. Acreage totals are 7,673 gross/ 7,664 net acres (90% held by production). Production is from a waterflood in the Caddo Limestone; Wapiti anticipates significant upside potential in this field through geological study, infill drilling, increased water disposal and a better understanding of injector placement.

Located in Carbon, Duchesne and Uintah Counties, Utah; Wapiti owns an interest in 42,138 net acres producing from the Green River, Wasatch/Mesaverde and Mancos formations. Wapiti believes there are over 5,000 potential wells on this acreage to be drilled when warranted by higher gas prices.
