Wapiti Closes Sale of East Texas Properties
HOUSTON - December 28, 2012 - Wapiti Energy, LLC and its affiliate, Wapiti Oil & Gas, L.L.C., today closed the previously announced $120 million sale of oil and gas properties to Argent Energy Trust. The majority of the properties were operated and located in East Texas and produced 1247 net BOE/D and had proved reserves of 5.24 million BOE. Read full press release.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wapiti Energy, L.L.C., announced the formation of Wapiti Oil & Gas II, L.L.C. Wapiti Energy Agrees to Sell Conroe Field to Denbury Resources for $430.7 Million
HOUSTON - December 3, 2009 - Wapiti Energy, LLC ("Wapiti" or the "Company") announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE symbol: DNR) ("Denbury") to sell Wapiti's 95% interest in the Conroe Field, for approximately $430.7 million in cash and Denbury common stock.
